About the role

We are hiring for a remote customer service position based in Oman. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Keep a friendly, professional tone with frustrated customers
  • Guide customers through order, delivery and account issues step by step
  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes
  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve

Requirements

  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Basic computer literacy and fast typing
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Conversational Arabic
  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background
  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
