Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home customer service opportunity for people living in Qatar. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve
  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved
  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team
  • Meet daily targets for resolved conversations and satisfaction scores
  • Keep a friendly, professional tone with frustrated customers

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home
  • Calm, patient communication style

Preferred skills

  • Conversational Arabic
  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar tools
