About the role

A work-from-home customer service opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ras Al Khaimah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve
  • Meet daily targets for resolved conversations and satisfaction scores
  • Keep a friendly, professional tone with frustrated customers
  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team
  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved
  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes

Requirements

  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home
  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar tools
  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background
  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
