Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote customer service role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Dubai preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes
  • Answer customer questions over chat, email and phone within agreed response times
  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved
  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Guide customers through order, delivery and account issues step by step
  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team

Requirements

  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Calm, patient communication style
  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home
  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once

Preferred skills

  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background
  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar tools
