Job summary

About the role

This remote customer service vacancy is open to candidates in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Riyadh preferred). Responsibilities

  • Verify customer identity before making any account changes

  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Answer customer questions over chat, email and phone within agreed response times
  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved

Requirements

  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Basic computer literacy and fast typing
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
