Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote customer service role you can do from home in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved
  • Verify customer identity before making any account changes
  • Guide customers through order, delivery and account issues step by step
  • Answer customer questions over chat, email and phone within agreed response times
  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve
  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Meet daily targets for resolved conversations and satisfaction scores

Requirements

  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Calm, patient communication style
  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar tools
  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
  • Conversational Arabic
