Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote customer service role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Doha preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes
  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Guide customers through order, delivery and account issues step by step
  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team
  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve

Requirements

  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Basic computer literacy and fast typing
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Calm, patient communication style

Preferred skills

  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background
  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
  • Conversational Arabic
