Job summary

About the role

This remote customer service vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve
  • Answer customer questions over chat, email and phone within agreed response times
  • Keep a friendly, professional tone with frustrated customers
  • Verify customer identity before making any account changes
  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved
  • Meet daily targets for resolved conversations and satisfaction scores

Requirements

  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home
  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Calm, patient communication style
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Conversational Arabic
  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background

Eligibility
