Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote customer service role you can do from home in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Keep a friendly, professional tone with frustrated customers
  • Meet daily targets for resolved conversations and satisfaction scores
  • Answer customer questions over chat, email and phone within agreed response times
  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes
  • Share recurring complaints with the team so processes can improve
  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team
  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar tools
  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background
  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics

Eligibility

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 120–200 KWD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
