Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote customer service role you can do from home in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Verify customer identity before making any account changes
  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes
  • Meet daily targets for resolved conversations and satisfaction scores
  • Keep a friendly, professional tone with frustrated customers
  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team
  • Answer customer questions over chat, email and phone within agreed response times

Requirements

  • Calm, patient communication style
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Basic computer literacy and fast typing
  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training

Preferred skills

  • Retail, hospitality or call-centre background
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar tools
  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems
