Job summary

About the role

This remote customer service vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Nizwa preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear, readable notes
  • Meet daily targets for resolved conversations and satisfaction scores
  • Verify customer identity before making any account changes
  • Guide customers through order, delivery and account issues step by step
  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team

Requirements

  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once
  • Calm, patient communication style

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar tools
  • Conversational Arabic
