Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Qatar. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Clear written English
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Arabic communication
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
