Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote it support role you can do from home in Kuwait. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex incidents to second-line engineers with full context
  • Maintain asset and licence records
  • Respond to first-line IT tickets and log every step taken
  • Troubleshoot common software, printing and connectivity problems
  • Write short how-to guides for recurring issues

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Interest in a technical support career
  • Solid understanding of Windows and common office software
  • Patience explaining technical steps in plain language
  • Reliable internet and a capable computer

Preferred skills

  • Arabic language support
  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or similar study
  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as Jira or Freshservice
  • Basic networking knowledge
