About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in Kuwait. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Interest in building a career in HR

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
