About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Doha preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Interest in building a career in HR

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
