Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
