About the role

This remote human resources vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Kuwait City preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Track probation and document expiry dates

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Interest in building a career in HR

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Arabic communication
