About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ras Al Khaimah preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
