About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in Bahrain (candidates near Riffa preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Arabic communication
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics

Eligibility
