About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
