About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in Qatar (candidates near Al Wakrah preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
