About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Bahrain. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Track probation and document expiry dates

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Arabic communication
