About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Clear written English
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics

Eligibility
