About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Nizwa preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • HR diploma or business degree
