About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Bahrain (candidates near Riffa preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Arabic communication
