Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote it support position based in Saudi Arabia. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain asset and licence records
  • Monitor ticket queues so nothing breaches response targets
  • Keep users informed about progress on their request
  • Write short how-to guides for recurring issues
  • Escalate complex incidents to second-line engineers with full context
  • Test fixes before closing a ticket
  • Troubleshoot common software, printing and connectivity problems

Requirements

  • Reliable internet and a capable computer
  • Solid understanding of Windows and common office software
  • Interest in a technical support career
  • Patience explaining technical steps in plain language
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as Jira or Freshservice
  • Arabic language support
  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or similar study
