Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Kuwait (candidates near Hawalli preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Track probation and document expiry dates

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
