Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Mecca preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Organised documentation habits

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • HR diploma or business degree

Eligibility
