About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Abu Dhabi preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • HR diploma or business degree
