About the role

This remote human resources vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Nizwa preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
  • Interest in building a career in HR

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Arabic communication
