About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Medina preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Track probation and document expiry dates

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
