About the role

This remote human resources vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
