Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ajman preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Arabic communication
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
