About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in Kuwait (candidates near Farwaniya preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Arabic communication
