Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Qatar. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files

Requirements

  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Clear written English
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Arabic communication

Eligibility
