About the role

This remote human resources vacancy is open to candidates in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Riyadh preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Track probation and document expiry dates

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
