Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Arabic communication
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
