Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in Saudi Arabia. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • HR diploma or business degree

Eligibility
