About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ajman preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
