About the role

We are hiring for a remote customer service position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Escalate technical or billing problems to the right internal team
  • Update help-centre answers when you spot outdated information
  • Keep a friendly, professional tone with frustrated customers
  • Meet daily targets for resolved conversations and satisfaction scores
  • Follow up on open cases until the customer confirms the issue is resolved

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn product details during paid training
  • Stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
  • Calm, patient communication style
  • Comfortable working set shift hours from home
  • Ability to handle several conversations at once

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with CSAT and first-response metrics
  • Conversational Arabic
  • Exposure to e-commerce order systems

Eligibility

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 200–500 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
