Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Abu Dhabi preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
