Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Al Wakrah preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS

Eligibility

You must be legally resident in Qatar to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,800–8,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
