Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Arabic communication
