About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in Bahrain (candidates near Isa Town preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online

Requirements

  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Clear written English
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Arabic communication

Eligibility
