Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote human resources role you can do from home in Bahrain. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists

Requirements

  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
