About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in Kuwait (candidates near Kuwait City preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Arabic communication
