About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Muscat preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files

Requirements

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Arabic communication
