Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists
  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Assist with simple engagement surveys and reports
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives
  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Arabic communication
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
