Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home human resources opportunity for people living in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Screen incoming CVs against role requirements
  • Support new-joiner orientation sessions online
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Help publish job adverts on relevant channels
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital files
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates

Requirements

  • Discretion and respect for confidential data
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Clear written English
  • Interest in building a career in HR

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
  • Exposure to an HRIS or ATS
  • Arabic communication

Eligibility
