About the role

We are hiring for a remote human resources position based in Oman (candidates near Nizwa preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Answer routine employee questions about policies and leave
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated daily
  • Schedule interviews and confirm attendance with candidates
  • Track probation and document expiry dates
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Organised documentation habits
  • Interest in building a career in HR
  • Discretion and respect for confidential data

Preferred skills

  • HR diploma or business degree
  • Arabic communication
  • Knowledge of GCC labour basics
